The Mini Hand Cuff Key Retractor has a nylon strap that can be worn on duty belt or pants belt, (under the duty belt). The Nylon Strap takes up minimal belt space.Keys can be placed in pocket. Quick Connect end allows the removal of cuff key if needed.
